We endeavour to make our services available to everyone. Our main clinic at Trinity in Edinburgh is on the ground floor and is accessible by wheelchair for those with restricted mobility. Our other clinics are based in premises which are also suitable for wheelchair access. Free, kerbside parking is available at our main clinic, although the road can become busy at peak times. If you have any special needs or requirements, we will do our best to accommodate you. We can also arrange to visit you at your home or workplace, or an alternative, convenient location for your treatment.
We believe in breaking down barriers of communication. That's why we always try to avoid acronyms or industry terms and instead use everyday language that everyone can understand. If we ever use terminology or words you're unfamiliar with, please tell us and we'll be happy to explain it to you more clearly.
