Specialist Musculoskeletal & Sports Physiotherapy
I graduated from Queens Margaret University College in 2002 and went on to work at St. Johns in Livingston and then in Fife for a period of five years. Having gained invaluable NHS experience in many different areas such as orthopaedics and neurology, I chose to specialise in musculoskeletal physiotherapy early on in my career. From there it was a natural path to take into sports injury management, and I have enjoyed working with amateur rugby teams, professional cricketers and young skiers and within Raith Rovers, Livingston and Hibernian football clubs.
At present I work in the Trinity and Livingston physis clinics and at Merchiston Castle School which keeps me busy with the challenges of treating the younger athlete.
Most of all I enjoy working with people and am motivated by the diagnostic challenge that musculoskeletal physiotherapy brings and get great satisfaction progressing my patients from early injury through rehab to full function.
