At physis we believe in investing in our staff and promoting continuous professional development. However, each therapist has autonomy and is responsible for the treatments they deliver under the regulations set out by their respective regulatory body (i.e. The Health Professions Council, The Chartered Society of Physiotherapy, The Society of Chiropodists and Podiatrists and The Professional Massage Association of Scotland). Accordingly, physis cannot be held responsible for the treatments administered by individual therapists.
Patients under 16 years of age are required by law to be accompanied by an adult. It is also the right of any patient to have a chaperone present if they feel it is necessary (please note that it is the patient's responsibility to arrange this).
If you need to cancel an appointment, all we ask is that you give us at least 24 hours notice. Otherwise, we may have to charge you the full, standard fee for treatment.
