Training and background

I’m passionate about helping people move more freely, feel more confident in their bodies, and find relief from pain that may have held them back for years. My physiotherapy journey began in Brazil in 2007, and has since taken me across different healthcare systems and specialties—from musculoskeletal rehabilitation and chronic pain management to paediatrics, intensive care, mental health, and acupuncture. This broad experience has shaped me into a clinician who sees the whole person, not just the injury.

Whether someone is recovering from a long‑term condition, navigating the impact of stress on their body, or rebuilding strength after injury, my goal is always the same: to listen, to understand, and to create a treatment plan that truly supports their unique needs and lifestyle. I combine evidence‑based techniques with a warm, empathetic approach, integrating hands‑on therapy, tailored exercise, acupuncture, and education so that every patient feels empowered—not overwhelmed—on their recovery journey.

I believe that healing happens when people feel safe, supported, and understood. I’m here to walk alongside my patients as they regain movement, resilience, and a renewed sense of control over their wellbeing
