Nicola is an experienced musculoskeletal physiotherapist who has recently relocated to Edinburgh from New Zealand. She holds a Bachelor of Health Science (Physiotherapy) and brings over six years of experience from working in a leading sports and musculoskeletal clinic. Nicola has worked in high-performance rugby and netball environments where she developed strong expertise in accurate diagnosis, movement analysis, load management, manual therapy and return-to-sport planning. She is passionate about working closely with individuals to create clear tailored rehabilitation plans that restore confidence and help them perform at a level better than before their injury.
