By the end of your session you’ll understand the cause of your pain and what needs to change for you to recover—removing any confusion and misinformation around your knee problem.

After a discussion of your priorities, goals and expectations we can deliver an approach tailored to you eg. hands‑on therapy, exercise prescription, load management, functional rehab, Biodex strengthening, shockwave therapy, PRT. 

  1. Rehabilitation at your pace

Depending on your diagnosis and choice of treatment, we can either see you in clinic for regular sessions or monitor your progress from your self implemented rehabilitation.
