Sports Background

I’ve grown up playing hockey and now have the opportunity to represent the Scotland Women’s Team. I feel lucky to travel, compete, and share amazing experiences with teammates who’ve become close friends.

Sport has had a big impact on my life, showing me how powerful movement can be- not just physically, but for building confidence and feeling good day to day. I’m passionate about helping others experience those same benefits, whether through staying active or through massage.

Personal statement

I’m currently in my final year of a Master’s in Physiotherapy, where I’m deepening my understanding of how the body moves and how to help people function at their best. Coming from a sporting background, I’ve seen just how valuable massage can be for recovery, injury prevention, and overall performance. My goal is to use hands-on treatment to support your wellbeing- whether you’re an athlete or simply looking to feel better in your everyday life!
